This charming cottage has 3 bedrooms: One bedroom is open to bring your own air mattress, another has a full bed and another room has a queen size bed on bottom/twin on top. There is a sleeper sofa on the lower level and at least 2 spots to bring more air mattresses. The upstairs has the full bathroom and a seating area, looking out the full wall of floor-to-ceiling windows, you feel like you're in a treehouse!
The lower level has a dining area, a sitting area (fireplace), kitchen and 1/2 bath. There is a large patio outside which you can use to sit and enjoy the weather or grill. There is a large gully not protected by a fence so the location is not ideal for very small children and pets who like to investigate!
2 blocks downhill is the Michigan City beach, one of the most pristine on Lake Michigan.
The cottage is fully stocked for you to bring your own food (ie, plates, glasses, silverware, cooking pots/pans), there is a coffee maker and toaster. There are many places to go out to eat in the area if this is a full vacation!! We also provide sheets, blankets, pillows and towels (for up to 8 people), so it's ready for you to bring your beach towels/blankets/toys and enjoy!
$270 for a weekend/holiday, $125/night on a weeknight or $825 for a week. Deposit for half of rental is required at time of booking; it is refundable more than 7 days in advance of check-in.
